John Howlett joined C&W Services in May 2016 as our talent acquisition manager.

To get to know more about John and his career, we asked him a number of questions. Herewith, a look into his path to C&W Services.

1. How did you hear about C&W Services, and what did you know about us when you started to consider joining the company? I found the talent acquisition manager opportunity on LinkedIn and researched the company through the LinkedIn company page and C&W Services website.

2. What got you excited about C&W Services? About the role?
I enjoy working for companies that do business with the best, and the ability to deliver a positive human capital impact that helps our clients succeed is what steered me toward C&W Services.

3. How did C&W Services seem different and better than other firms you’ve been with or considered?
I had never worked within the facilities services space before, so being able to learn a new industry that opens the door to others that I have never been exposed to is what differentiated C&W Services’ value proposition from a knowledge base development perspective.

4. Now that you’re here, what would you say to persuade a recruit to join C&W Services?
