On October 17th, Sal Companieh, our Chief Information Officer, will take part in the “Driving a Digital Culture for Your Teams and Organizations’ panel at SIM Boston—s Technology Leadership Summit.

The talk with focus on topics like fostering a culture of technology adoption, how to fine tune your company’s technology footprint to address key business needs, and improvement through iteration. Sal will be joined in conversation by James Whalen, SVP/CIO, Boston Properties, and Brad Whitehall, VP of IT/CIO, UniFirst Corporation.

“Our digital culture is founded on capturing the right information on the most suitable device to drive the analytics and business behavior we need,” Sal says. “Often technology leaders will go for the new widget in town, but the applicability to the employee is a miss. We have fine-tuned our approach so that all of our technologies answer a key business question, and I look forward to elaborating on this at SIM Boston.”

SIM Boston provides an opportunity for information technology executives, consultants, and academics to come together and talk about the future of IT and IT management. Across panels, talks, and summits, attendees are encouraged to share best practices, emerging trends, and lessons from the field. This year’s Technology Leadership Summit is being held on October 17th at Gillette Stadium, which happens to be a C&W Services client for maintenance and janitorial services.

We’re looking forward to Sal’s appearance on the panel, and we hope to see you there.
