In response to COVID-19, Adelaida and her team are keeping pace in real-time with government directives for PPE, cleaning products, and distancing protocols to ensure the safety of everyone at the airport. They’ve done such a great job that American Airlines recently threw a small party in the team’s honor—complete with gifts and decorations.
