As Vice President, Head of People Partnering, Anna Kay will drive the talent agenda for C&W Services. Anna Kay previously worked for Frontier Communications as Vice President of their People team’s operations and employee experience strategy for over 15,500 employees. Her robust People/HR experience includes leading HR digital platform governance and strategy at Hilton as well as workforce and workplace transformations at AT&T. Anna Kay is a relationship-oriented, innovative and data-driven leader who will help inclusively evolve C&W Services’ talent strategy.
Anna Kay earned an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
