Apprenticeships are a direct response to the growing trade skills gap. Our Apprenticeship program is a combination of rigorous classroom learning and on-the-job training. While studying theory, fundamentals and tactical skills, apprentices work hands-on with our experienced tradespeople, putting their learning in to reality.
We offer tuition assistance, often up to 100%, for the Related Technical Instruction courses AND pay for the work time on the job. So, our apprentices earn while they learn!
We’ve leveraged our local partnerships to provide a structured program that uses established curriculum which will prepare our Apprentices for the license examinations at the completion of their apprentice program.
In 1-4 years, our apprentices work and learn a specific trade and graduate with no student debt!
