Senior Director, Human Resources
Juan Gomez joined C&W Services in 2010 and brings nearly 20 years of facility services experience. As Senior Director of Human Resources, Juan offers our customers extensive background in employee relations, recruitment, training and labor relations.
Juan is responsible for the HR Operations team throughout our organization which includes West Region, Central Region, Secured & Government Services as well as west Canada.
Juan received his BA in Business from Southwest Baptist University, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management. He is also a Certified Achieve Global Facilitator. He’s based in Dallas, TX.
