As Interim Chief Operating Officer, Matt Noe is responsible for the management of operations teams made up of 13,000 facility services employees serving more than 600 clients, and drives focus on safety, operational integrity, and client relationships. Matt joined from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served for three years as SVP of People Experience, leading C&W’s Global Talent Acquisition, People Experience, People Analytics & Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Global Workforce Operations, Global Payroll, People Process & Data Excellence and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams. Matt is a transformational leader with more than 20 years’ experience in public and private companies. He is focused on elevating the employee and candidate experience through data, people, processes, technology, and culture.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was Executive Director of Global Employee Experience at SC Johnson where he led a global HR transformation, operating model redesign and technology upgrade in human capital data. Matt also spent 16 years at Caterpillar Inc in various roles including communications, manufacturing operations, talent development, Six Sigma, Shared Services and HR Business Partnering.
Matt holds a master’s degree in business administration from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Bradley University.
