As Vice President of Marketing & Communications for C&W Services, Megan heads the team responsible for growing the company’s brand, establishing our thought leadership within the industry and telling our front-line teams’ stories about how they provide superior service to our clients.
With more than 15 years of B2B and B2C global marketing experience, Megan is a leader in integrated marketing, branding and business development support. She joined C&W Services from BMO Harris, where she held various roles, including leading U.S. Brand Advertising & North American Commercial Bank Marketing, leading U.S. Retail Marketing, and as the head of Lifecycle Marketing, where she built the bank’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and led COVID-19 crisis communication.
Prior to BMO, Megan spent six years at United Airlines as a leader on the Global Advertising & Sponsorship team. She launched the new United global brand campaign, brand positioning and internal communication following the merger of United and Continental Airlines. She also spent two years leading International Marketing for the airline, managing a team around the world focused on growing the brand and supporting sales teams in key markets. She has a few years of traditional agency experience under her belt, too, with time spent at Leo Burnett. And, with joining C&W Services, her career has come full-circle—bringing her back to real estate as she was an event planner in her early days for the Appraisal Institute.
