The General Services Administration is a government agency headquartered in Washington D.C., with 11 regional offices throughout the United States. The agency supports the basic functioning of federal agencies, supplies products and communications for U.S. government offices, and develops government-wide cost-minimizing policies and other management tasks.
Our Approach
We handle maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and pest control at the agency’s Framers Branch office. In the roughly 25 years we’ve managed the account, our team has always put the client first, and prides themselves on finding new, efficient ways to improve operations at the facility.
The Results
- Collaborated with GSA on a number of energy-saving projects, including the installation of photobiotic cells on the facility’s roof.
- Implemented an industry-leading safety culture at the site. The team has not had a recorded injury, and no worker has missed time due to an injury in three years.
- At the request of GSA, we began managing a 110-year old historical courthouse in Sherman, Texas and ensured that the facilities transition at the site was seamless.
