Concordia Seminary is a leader in Lutheran ministerial formation, scholarship, and theological resources. We have been providing janitorial and maintenance services to the seminary since 2007, and, over the years, have developed a strong collaborative relationship with the seminary’s senior leadership.
We have been a key player in major improvement projects at Concordia Seminary, such as managing the recent two-year library renovation and improving safety on campus through the implementation of a new key system. We’ve also brought the latest technological innovations to the site. We use drones to inspect the roofs of the campus’ 60+ buildings, saving money and keeping our team members safe. Additionally, we completed a major LED retrofitting of the campus and brought all boiler maintenance in-house, creating extra savings for the seminary.
- Secured $20,000 in utility rebates through a major LED retrofit initiative.
- Improved safety at the site through the implementation of industry-leading trainings and innovative new technologies. Under our management, the site has gone over 1,000 days without an OSHA recordable incident.
- We saved the client over $9,000 annually by bringing all boiler maintenance in-house. Additionally, we created $7,800 in annualized savings by installing a new boiler.
