Senior Vice President, Client Services, Northeast US & Canada
Tony Andrade is Senior Vice President of Client Services for C&W Services. He is responsible for managing over $170 million in annual revenues and leads more than 3,000 talented management professionals and employees throughout the Northeast. His dedicated teams serve more than 150 clients with over 100 million square feet in the Commercial, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Life Science, Public Venues, Residential, Retail, Sport & Entertainment and Transportation market sectors.
Tony has over 30 years of proven contract services industry experience, delivering innovative facility services, operational excellence, employee safety and training programs, outstanding customer satisfaction, account retention, and profitable growth. He started his career with UNICCO in 1989 and has held various leadership positions at C&W Services, formerly DTZ, Inc. and UGL Services. He previously held management positions at ISS and Westin Hotel.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Management and Finance degree from Northeastern University and holds Graduate Certificates in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University and Facilities Management from Northeastern University. His affiliations include BOMA, IFMA, NACUBO, and ISSA.
