Head of Service Excellence

As Head of Service Excellence, Tyler is responsible for maintaining strategic client relationships and oversees a team focused on seamless transitions, quality assurance, operational efficiency, process optimization, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Tyler joined C&W Services in August 2022 as Vice President, Strategic Client Relationships, focusing on building client relationships by streamlining our solutions, operations, technology, and professional services. Prior to C&W Services, Tyler worked for Aramark where he spent six years serving as Director of Strategic Development. In this role, Tyler developed and managed new strategic alliances in multiple industries and markets across the U.S. Prior to his strategic development role, he served as Aramark’s Regional Director of Operations for six years, overseeing a portfolio of IFM solutions at key facilities accounts. Before Aramark, Tyler worked at CBRE as Director of Client Services, managing a fee-based maintenance account spanning over 5,600 locations across North America.

Over the course of his career, Tyler has acquired a broad scope of expertise in multiple service lines, including janitorial, maintenance, energy management, design-build, and grounds operations, across numerous industry sectors. Tyler holds a Master’s degree in facility management from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
