Preparing for the unexpected and an unrelenting work ethic are two things that define our facility services teams. So when a water heater at a client site recently malfunctioned, leaving several bathrooms at the site without hot water, our team jumped into action. This was an essential task given the on-going situation surrounding COVID-19, because people must be able to wash their hands to ensure site safety and to maintain essential operations.
Our team quickly troubleshot the water heater and discovered a loose wire on the main terminal block. That very same day, they restored the water heater to working order.
