How we’re safely guiding our clients through the return to work process.

As areas stabilize from the COVID-19 pandemic and stay-at-home restrictions are lifted, C&W Services is guiding its clients on how operations teams can help make the return safe and efficient.

We are bringing our facility services teams back into the physical workplace, and they’re helping our clients reopen. This reopening process will look different for every type of facility—from commercial to higher education to life sciences and public venues— but for all, it’s essential that we help build confidence among the workers, shoppers, students, and visitors. We’re prepared with unique guidelines and procedures tailored to each group’s specific various needs.

Senior members of our C&W Services team participated in a webcast panel discussion about how we’re partnering with our client teams in the current COVID-19 environment. In the discussion, panel members touched on the three key areas of focus: the client perspective, maintenance, and cleaning. You can watch it below:

In addition, you can download our Return to the Workplace guide, a synopsis of the detailed operations manual and protocols used by C&W Services teams to support clients.

Our practices are based on insights and guidance from leading subject-matter experts from across the organization, and based on standards set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Many of these practices are field-tested protocols developed directly from essential business locations where our teams are currently implementing them.

Our hardworking and innovative team can help with any college of university's deferred maintenance.
