Leroy is our utility tech lead at the North American headquarters of a top global car manufacturer, and wherever he goes on the expansive new campus, he’s quick to share a kind word and flash his infectious grin. Like that ever-present smile, service has been a constant of Leroy’s life: he enlisted in the U.S. Army at 18 and later worked for the VA. Now a part of the C&W Services team, Leroy continues to serve — and to smile — setting up daily special events on the carmaker’s Texas campus. This people-person’s favorite part of the job isn’t surprising: “I get to interact with everyone here every single day, from the executives all the way down.”
