Developing new procedures for COVID-19

As COVID-19 began spreading, we quickly realized that our team supporting a global car manufacturer needed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Level 3 sanitization in order to ensure safety and continued operation. The plan needed to be both thorough and all-encompassing, so that it could be easily applied to all of the car manufacturer’s sites in the U.S.

Todd Cook, Facilities Regional Operations Manager, and Jessica Curtis, Janitorial Compliance Supervisor, tackled this project with haste. In the span of just three days, they developed the SOP and filmed, edited, and published a training video so that every employee could be properly trained.
