As Chief Transformation Officer for C&W Services, Sara is responsible for the transformational strategic initiatives that enable organizational growth. Sara brings over 20 years of strategic program development, network strategy and operational excellence experience to the organization.
Prior to joining C&W Services, Sara held various leadership roles in industrial engineering, distribution center operations, and network strategy at the Kroger Company. She is a strategic and people-oriented leader who is passionate about fostering organizational resilience.
Sara holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Portland State University in Supply & Logistics and Business Management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci Change Management practitioner. She is based in Portland, Oregon.
