Sara Anderson

Sara Anderson serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at C&W Services. She spearheads the company’s strategic evolution with a comprehensive roadmap to refine processes, enhance standardization, and drive strategic growth. 

After joining C&W Services in 2019, Sara rose from Senior Program Manager, Network Strategy, to Director of Operations, Support & Network Strategy. She became Vice President of Transformation and Chief Transformation in July 2023. Her swift rise signifies her invaluable contributions to reshaping the company’s trajectory.   

Sara has two decades of experience spanning various sectors including retail industrial engineering, import logistics, distribution center operations, as well as major capital strategic project development and execution. She has honed her expertise in assembling transformative change at C&W Services. Her collaborative approach extends across various cross-functional teams, operations, regions, and client accounts to deliver large-scale, matrixed, and complex project solutions that enable organizational growth and innovation.  

Throughout her tenure, Sara has orchestrated high-impact transformational endeavors. She has successfully led and delivered initiatives such as implementing new operating models, optimizing service delivery portfolios, and integrating innovative technologies and platforms while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Her ability to mobilize stakeholders at all levels helps seamless adoption of continuous change.  

Known for her genuine care for people, Sara strives to uplift team members and seeks opportunities for their growth. Under her guidance, her team constructed critical infrastructure, facilitating seamless communication and operational processes. Through her dedication to service delivery, Sara helped transform client perspectives and provided valuable insights to anticipate needs. Her authentic leadership style and recognition of diverse perspectives have helped lead to an inclusive environment. 

Sara has a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Supply & Logistics and Business Management. She holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prosci Change Management practitioner.  

In 2021, Sara received accolades for C&W Services Chief Executive awards. Also, she was once nominated as one of Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery.
