Shannon serves as the Senior Vice President, People Partnering & Workforce Strategy for C&W Services.
Shannon joined the C&W Services team from the Cushman & Wakefield organization where she spent more than a decade leading Client Service Delivery and the Portfolio Services Center (PSC). Most recently, she led the PSC across the Americas, overseeing the strategy, operations, and performance of account teams of more than 1,600 associates, with a strong focus on operational excellence and talent development with the Global Occupier Services group.
As Senior Vice President, People Partnering & Workforce Strategy, Shannon offers an operationally focused approach to people partnering, including standards, training, workforce strategy, and labor management. Her leadership enables effective alignment between our people practices and day-to-day operations.
