Warren Weller

In the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development, Warren is responsible for leading and executing the C&W Services business development growth strategy, while implementing plans to expand our client base across multiple regions and industry verticals. Warren brings extensive experience in market analysis and client relationship management to his role, ensuring strategic alignment with the company’s overarching mission of delivering exceptional people-centric service. He is also a member of the C&W Services Executive Committee, integrating opportunities for business development throughout the company and driving innovation for our brand. 

A proven leader in building and leading large-scale business development teams, Warren joined us from City Facilities Management in 2023. As Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, he created go-to-market strategies to deliver revenue growth and built a $2.1B sales opportunity pipeline. Prior to City, Warren worked at Theron Technology Solutions as Executive Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer, where he re-engineered the sales organization, growing the pipeline by $25M in his first 90 days. Earlier in his career, Warren held several senior leadership roles at Vixxo and IBM. 

Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marist College. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He lives in Scottsdale, AZ, with his wife, three children and dog, Kahlua. He enjoys golfing, traveling the world with his family, and volunteering for local charities.
