Maintaining facility services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ever since the COVID-19 lockdown measures went into place, our teams have been working hard to ensure that community facilities remain functional and safe.

For example, our team supporting the HDB Town Council in Singapore has been operating around the clock for the last few months. If an issue arises they’re able to respond instantly.

“We don’t need the Avengers because we have our facilities team,” one resident said. “They make it easy for us to stay home.”

Throughout the pandemic, the team has solved complex electrical issues, provided plumbing solutions, and even rescued residents from an elevator during a power outage—all while maintaining proper social distancing.
