Each year the Higher Education Facilities Forum (HEFF) is held for higher ed professionals to share ideas, collaborate about best practices with peers, and hear from seasoned professionals on important topics in the industry. In November of 2022, Jodi Swinburne, COO of C&W Services, moderated a panel discussion on Supporting Women in Facilities Leadership.

During the panel, the C&W Services team and client partners discussed how university leadership can better support women in facilities careers, the barriers women face, and how to nurture women to advance in leadership roles. Read more about Advancing Women in Facilities Management.
