We are thrilled to announce that Alton Davis has joined C&W Services as Senior Vice President of People Partnering.
Alton is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies across the C&W Services organization. Alton plays an integral role in aligning with the organization’s business plan, focusing on areas such as distributed workforce management, talent, transformation, organizational performance, succession planning, training, and compensation.
A seasoned agent of change and strategic business partner, Alton brings over 17 years of relevant experience. He has a remarkable track record of optimizing organizational design and catalyzing cultural transformations at industry-leading global corporations. Joining us from L’Oréal as the Vice President Human Resources – Finance, Legal, and M&A, Alton led human capital strategies. Prior to L’Oréal, he worked as the HR Director of North America for The Hershey Company, supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
Alton holds a Bachelor’s degree (Economics) from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree (MBA Organizational Leadership) from Georgetown University.
