We are pleased to announce that Michael Gill has joined C&W Services as Senior Director, Client Services, New England. In his role, Michael will oversee all Engineering & Maintenance Operations in New England.
Michael’s hiring is notable, as Boston is at the heart of our operations. He joins us from a position as Director of Operations for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where he has worked since 2010.
With more than three decades in building operations, facilities engineering, energy conservation, and sustainability, Michael is the right person at the right time and place. He’s managed several prominent high-rises in Greater Boston: 100 Summer Street, 125 Summer Street, Center Plaza, and One Memorial Drive. Michael developed and managed successful sustainability initiatives as a LEED AP O&M (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance). Michael’s background represents our aim to make the world a better place through safe, efficient, clean, and purposeful environments. He is a Certified Energy Manager, having implemented a Climate Action Plan focusing on Energy Use Intensity (EUI) and Carbon Use Intensity (CUI) reduction programs. Michael is a true strategic leader and has developed several Long-Term Strategic Plans around capital planning, sustainability, and efficiency operations.
Michael has been actively involved with many industry affiliations including holding a president’s position of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Boston. Additionally, he is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
