1. How did you hear about C&W Services, and what did you know about us when you started to consider joining the company?

I saw a posting for the position on LinkedIn and applied then searched for people who worked for the company and researched their opinions. I was very pleased with all of the positive responses regarding the type of company C&W Services is.

2. What got you excited about C&W Services? About the role?

My past role with Emerson as EHS director gave me the opportunity to work with many people around the world, helping them provide a safe workplace for all of our employees. This role offers those same opportunities that I enjoyed so much. Because, let’s face it, you really should be doing what you have a passion for, and I certainly have a passion for this role.

3. How did C&W Services seem different and better than other firms you’ve been with or considered?

So far from what I’ve experienced, the most important part of any organization is their people and I’ve met only great people here at C&W Services.

4. Now that you’re here, what would you say to persuade a recruit to join C&W Services?

Anywhere you look you will have new challenges in a new company. The one thing about our company is the value we put on our people as our most important asset. Our company is about our people and their abilities to perform their jobs safely while satisfying our customers.
