Maria celebrates her 41st year with C&W Services.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, most people stay in their jobs for a little more than four years.
Maria has that beat, spending four decades with C&W Services at a number of different client locations.
On Nov. 1, 2016, she celebrated her 41st year with us. Across four decades, she has held a number of roles but has most recently served as manager at a number of client sites. Currently, Maria oversees a group of employees as the manager of housekeeping at Providence Healthcare—a prominent and well-respected hospital in the Toronto area.
“Our customers at every level, including the president, absolutely love Maria in the way she handles herself, interacts with the patients, deals with our customer at all levels plus, of course, her staff,” says Earl Bannister, vice president of operations for the Canada Region.
During her time with C&W Services, Maria has demonstrated a consistently high quality of service delivery, showing dedication and commitment to her position and the client.
“Maria will have walked her facility multiple times before most of us get out of bed,” says Earl. “Maria’s customer service is second to none, and her attention to quality detail is amazing.”
