C&W Services hosts first annual Employee Appreciation Week July 19 – 25
New for 2021, C&W Services held a company-sponsored employee appreciation week. The goal of this special event was to honor our frontline team members by organizing events to show how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication over the past year. During the pandemic our teams went above and beyond, demonstrating their loyalty and bravery as they delivered outstanding service to our clients. While it’s important to recognize our team members and their hard work every day, it was a priority for our organization to set aside specific time to say thank you.
We asked teams to share their events with us and we received an overwhelming number of photos and positive feedback. Teams were very creative in their planning and enjoyed pizza parties, outdoor picnics, dinners at restaurants, doughnut days, taco parties as well as ping pong tournaments, baseball games, golf outings and cook outs!
