Welcome to our new vice president of operations.
We’re excited to announce that Matt Crews has joined the company as Vice President of Operations for the West Region. He will be based in Sacramento and brings more than 25 years of facility operations, customer relationship management, and industry experience to the role.
Experience.
Matt joins C&W Services from SBM Management Services, where he spent eight years, most recently as Vice President, Global Account Management. While at SBM, he achieved key accomplishments with respect to customer retention, top and bottom line growth, process improvement, off-market renewals, and overall customer satisfaction. He also held key leadership and operational positions within the Life Sciences sector while leading the national exterior services program as the subject matter expect.
Education.
Matt received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California State University in Sacramento.
