C&W Services, a leading integrated facilities services company, announced a new five-year partnership with Morehouse College, the prestigious liberal arts institution and historically Black college for men. Effective today, the comprehensive contract encompasses janitorial, landscaping, and operations and maintenance services across almost 1.4 million square feet of the school’s facilities and grounds in Atlanta.
C&W Services will apply a comprehensive suite of facility management services tailored to the storied private school serving more than 2,300 students. Project management capabilities ensure the execution of facility improvements. Student-first initiatives, such as the newly created student engagement specialist position, will support the men of Morehouse in their living experience. C&W Services will also implement energy analysis and action planning for sustainability and cost savings. A CMMS platform will enhance technology and innovation for operational efficiency. Moreover, asset management and inspection technology platforms will bolster service delivery and quality control.

The new facilities services partnership became official with written approval on May 8, 2024. It enhances C&W Services’ experience with HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), including two decades overseeing integrated facilities management for Clark Atlanta University, both schools are part of the Atlanta University Center Consortium (AUCC). C&W Services’ specialized expertise in education enables customized services to meet Morehouse College’s unique needs.
