We are thrilled to celebrate and congratulate C&W Services team member, Gary Stevens Jr., for recently earning a Purpose Award in the Life Is What I Make It (LIWIMI) Global Recognition program created by our parent organization, Cushman & Wakefield.

Gary Stevens headshotThe Purpose Award recognizes five colleagues per quarter who embody Cushman & Wakefield’s purpose: We make an impact with everything we do all around the world. Purpose Award winners are selected for their meaningful impact within our organization, specifically in sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and client impact.

Based in North Carolina, Gary is a Director of Engineering and Maintenance who has been with C&W Services for eight years.  Gary oversees engineering and maintenance operations for multiple facilities across various sectors, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Gary responded:

“I feel supported in challenging the norm and changing culture to best practices around the company’s North Star. I like that we can be collaborative and supportive in challenging times to deliver a good product to our clients! I enjoy process improvement and thought-provoking solutions in Integrated Facilities Management.”

Gary takes pride in contributing to our Mission, Vision, & Values while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Cushman & Wakefield’s Selection Committee and Global Executive Committee selected Gary for embodying sustainability: using technology to streamline paperwork, travel, and workforce output.
