Earlier this month, Cushman & Wakefield announced that Jodi Swinburne, current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Chief Operating Officer (COO), Asia Pacific (APAC) has been appointed as COO of C&W Services, effective November 1, 2021.
As COO, Swinburne will be responsible for the management of operations teams made up of 13,000 facility services employees serving more than 600 clients, and will drive focus on safety, operational integrity and client relationships.
“Jodi is a well-respected and valued leader within our firm, and I look forward to working with her in this new role,” said Paul Bedborough, Chief Executive of C&W Services. “Her effectiveness in leading successful functional teams and her previous experience with the facilities management and facilities services businesses in Cushman & Wakefield’s APAC region make her an ideal fit for C&W Services.”
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Swinburne was Head of Finance, Group Services at Westpac, where Cushman & Wakefield provides Facilities Management and Facilities Services. Before that, she served in a variety of finance leadership roles at Stockland.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to serve in a new leadership role within Cushman & Wakefield,” said Swinburne. “In my more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles, I’ve worked for both real estate occupiers and owners. Because of this, I have an appreciation of the value C&W Services delivers and understand what’s important to clients across the value chain.”
We look forward to welcoming Jodi to the C&W Services team on November 1.
