During the holiday season, a certain joy comes with giving back to our communities and sharing the spirit of the season with those in need.

Juan Gomez, Senior Director of Human Resources at C&W Services, does just that every year for Operation Joy. Since 2016, Juan has volunteered with Operation Joy, a local organization in Arlington, Texas, that provides toys for underprivileged children. This year, Juan and other volunteers distributed toys to over 400 families and 1,100 underprivileged children—a remarkable accomplishment for those in need during the season of giving.

Juan, passionate about this cause, says:

“Volunteering for Operation Joy aligns with my deep-seated passion for helping underprivileged children. I firmly believe in the transformative power of giving and the immense joy it brings to these young hearts. The opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of over 400 families and 1,100 children, by providing them with toys, is incredibly rewarding. It’s not just about the toys, it’s about spreading happiness, hope, and showing these children that they are valued and loved. This is more than a cause to me, it’s a commitment to bettering the lives of these children and their families.”

Thank you to Juan and all team members who make an incredible difference in our communities every day. Your compassion and kindness have impacted the lives of so many. We are proud to share your story!

Happy holidays from our team to yours!
