Alex Vértiz

Alex joined C&W Services in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations & Business Development. He is responsible for growth at C&W Services including developing and executing commercial strategy, market insights & segmentation, marketing, communications, solutions & services, innovation, commercial management and business development. Alex leads the company’s commercialization, focusing on scalable and sustainable growth driven by enhancing client value.

A results-driven leader with nearly three decades of experience, Alex brings a track record of building strong teams and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth. With expertise in facilities services, financial services, telecommunications, and human capital management, Alex has led organizations through turnarounds, M&A events, and IPOs. He has achieved consistent double-digit growth by operationalizing a client-value methodology based on innovation, expertise, and reliability.

Alex previously worked at HighRadius, a financial technology company headquartered in Houston, TX, where he served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development. He was responsible for building and managing strategic commercial partnerships as well as dedicated sales teams that achieved 44% year-over-year revenue growth.

Before HighRadius, Alex was Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product & Strategy at Sodexo, a $25B food services and facilities management company headquartered in France. Earlier in his career, Alex held leadership roles at Noventis Inc., Americatel Inc., and Willis Towers Watson (WTW).

Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Lehigh University.

Born in Mexico and raised in a bilingual household, Alex is a proud Mexican American. Immersed in both cultures, he is a native Spanish and English speaker and conversant in Portuguese. Alex has called Houston home for much of his career.
