Becky manages badging at a C&W Services client site, and she prides herself on being one of the few people who knows everyone at the site.

“I get to meet every new employee, every new contractor. They all come to see me for badging, and so I get to develop that rapport. It’s a wonderful feeling,” she says.

In fact, Becky might be one of the few employees at the site who looks forward to Monday mornings. “I love meeting all the new hires who come to me on Monday for badging. I get to know them, make them feel welcome. It’s one of the small things that I like to do around here.”

Always looking to help.

One of Becky’s main responsibilities is helping employees who have encountered issues with their badges.

“I have to find out why this person’s badge expired, were there any security changes, that kind of thing. It’s both a security and a customer service role.”

Becky loves solving these kinds of problems as they lead to immediate client satisfaction, and her solutions can help improve productivity at client sites throughout the U.S. and Canada.
