Making An Impact

After record-setting snowfall moved into the New England area over the weekend, more than 400 managers, supervisors, and workers were tasked with tackling the treacherous conditions and providing snow removal and maintenance building support to more than 50 clients in the region. Our team members worked tirelessly to make sure walkways, paths, and other common areas were cleared and coordinated snow hauling efforts.

Additionally, our engineering teams remained on-watch, monitoring and triaging operational systems outages caused by high-winds.

One client acknowledged our team members saying, “As always, C&W was there and on top of the snowstorm under some very adverse conditions. We appreciate your partnership and understand that in these times there are many issues including staffing & equipment, but you got the job done.

Thank you and your team for a job well done!”

Another client said, “I wanted to say a huge thank you and your crews for all of your/their efforts in clearing the snow from the weekend in preparation for Monday. I didn’t get one phone call or email about snow being an issue which just goes to show how great of a job everyone did.

I sincerely appreciate all the hard work!

Additionally, one of our university clients said:I just wanted to take a moment to share my deep appreciation for your team’s work clearing snow over the course of the storm. This was a tough one, especially with the wind, and we are extraordinarily grateful that people came in over the weekend to make sure that campus continued to function safely and normally in spite of the blizzard.

Please pass along my thanks to everyone who came in and supported the snow clearing effort. It makes a world of difference to our students and faculty, and speaks to the great dedication of the folks on your team.

We are raising the value of facility services. Thank you to our dedicated team members for working diligently for our clients during the recent blizzard.
