We are thrilled to welcome Anna Kay Rice to C&W Services as Vice President, Head of People Partnering. Based in Dallas, TX, Anna Kay has over 20 years of HR and People experience.
In her role, Anna Kay will drive the talent agenda for C&W Services and will play a critical role in elevating C&W Services’ talent strategy. Anna Kay previously worked for Frontier Communications as Vice President of their People team’s operations and employee experience strategy for over 15,500 employees. Her robust People/HR experience includes leading HR digital platform governance and strategy at Hilton as well as workforce and workplace transformations at AT&T. Anna Kay is a relationship-oriented, innovative and data-driven leader.
