THE RESULTS
- We helped the client break their North American production record with a single-day pick volume of 1,227,645 units.
- Reduced downtime by 19.1% and Lost Production Hours (LPH) by 40.0% during the client’s busiest season, which is between Thanksgiving and New Years’ Day.
- In 2018, we achieved 95.9% labor utilization across all client sites that had been operational for longer than 3 months. When it comes to labor utilization, anything greater than 85% is considered world-class.
