Kayla serves as the Chief Financial Officer for C&W Services.
Before joining CWS, Kayla was Chief Financial Officer at Icon Parking, overseeing the Finance, Accounting and Risk departments. Her responsibilities included leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives and strategic planning to support growth while mitigating risk exposure.
During her 10 years at ABM Industries, Kayla held various leadership positions, contributing significantly to mergers and acquisitions, organizational transformation, strategy development, labor management, and financial planning and analysis. Kayla began her career at PwC in the audit practice and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kayla is a graduate of Rutgers University, holding dual degrees in accounting and economics. She is an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), the professional society that represents finance executives across the globe, having previously served as the chair of the AFP Advisory Council.
Kayla lives in New Jersey and is the proud mother of two young girls.
