The final installment of our International Women’s Day series is about the opportunity for women in the facilities field. It’s an industry for problem-solvers and people who enjoy working closely with others. And it’s an industry full of opportunity. Of the 3.55 million people employed in key roles in the facilities services industry, an estimated 1.05 million are nearing retirement age in the U.S. alone.
